RedBox Rx offers free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. We can expedite shipping for an additional fee; choose your desired option when paying for your treatment.
Where does RedBox Rx ship?
We ship to all 50 states within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Washington D.C.; international shipping is currently not available. We will mail your prescriptions to the address listed as your shipping address in your RedBox Rx profile; this includes P.O. boxes. Please make sure you keep your address updated; you can make changes in your profile.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped (all states except California)?
We understand the importance of receiving treatment as quickly as possible. In most cases, prescriptions paid Monday through Friday will ship within 24 hours of payment.
Payments for prescriptions made on Saturdays and Sundays may not ship until Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from us within 48 hours. You may receive a message directly from the carrier as well. All packages are shipped at no charge to you via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping options are available for purchase and can be selected during the checkout process or by calling us directly at 844-733-2697.
For California addresses: How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Prescriptions are shipped from our pharmacy in San Bernardino, California, to our patients living in California. Packages are shipped via USPS at no charge to you. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer expedited shipping options within California. Most prescriptions are shipped within 48 hours of being paid when payment occurs Sunday through Thursday. Orders are not shipped on weekends.
How long will my delivery take once processed and shipped?
Prescriptions are shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS estimates, but does not guarantee delivery at 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be increased during holidays or periods of high package volume.
We also offer shipping via UPS for your convenience. UPS shipping is available at an additional charge and can be selected on the check-out screen.
We are not responsible for delays associated with severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
How do I have prescription delivery expedited?
You will choose your shipping option on the payment checkout screen, which is after you have answered your medical questions but before submitting your answers to the medical provider or when you are paying for treatment through the “Review and Pay” link on the Visit Summary page of your account. How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is free! Standard shipping is done through USPS Ground Advantage to all states.
We know that sometimes you need your medication more quickly. We offer several options for expedited shipping; those are detailed below. You will choose your shipping option on the Checkout screen, which is after you have answered your medical questions but before submitting your answers to the medical provider. If you need to change your shipping method after you have paid for your prescription, please call us as soon as possible at 844-733-2697 so we can assist you.

How will my refills be shipped?
Refills are automatically shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need a refill sooner, you can refill early and select an expedited shipping method. To do this, go to the Treatments page within your account section, find your medication, click “Refill Now,” and choose your shipping option.
What happens if my prescription gets returned?
Your order will be returned to our pharmacy. You have 30 days to reach out to RedBox Rx to confirm the shipping address and request reshipment. We will reship the order USPS First Class for a reprocessing fee. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional charge. If you have not contacted us within 30 days, your prescription(s) will be destroyed. Please note that returned orders are not eligible for refunds.
What are my expedited shipping options?
We offer expedited shipping options through UPS. UPS Ground is available for $21.45. Delivery is expected within 1-5 business days. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air for $31.15. Delivery is expected within 2 business days for most areas. UPS Next Day Air Saver is the fastest way to get your order delivered. It is available for $47.87. You can expect orders shipped Next Day Air Saver to be delivered on the next business day after they are picked up from our pharmacy. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday only. Day one is the day after UPS picks up the package from our pharmacy.
