We can provide short-term prescription refills for many regular, non-controlled medications. Common conditions we refill prescriptions for are:

Below is a list with types of medication that are not eligible for this service. If you have any questions whether your prescriptions are eligible, you have two options. Option 1 is to email us the name of your medications to [email protected]. Option 2 is to proceed with the visit, including payment, and have your medications evaluated by the provider. If they are unable to prescribe your medication and send it to your local pharmacy, our service is backed by a 100% guarantee.

Medications prescribed by RedBox Rx: If you were treated for the requested medication/condition through RedBox Rx in the past, please do not use this service. To receive a refill, go to the Treatments page within your account and select "Continue Treatment" or "Talk to Provider"
Medications that are injected into the body (except insulin and epinephrine pens for allergic reactions)
Medications not regularly taken every day. Examples are: antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals. We may be able to help you by completing a visit for one of the conditions we treat.
Fertility medication
Blood thinners
Medication that is not commercially available and requires compounding by the pharmacy.

We can’t prescribe new medications through our short-term prescription refill services. These are intended to get patients through until they can follow up with their primary care provider.
However, we treat a variety of conditions that require a separate health assessment and online doctor visit, which can include new medications (if prescribed).

Yes. If you are unable to meet with your primary care provider and need a prescription refilled for regular, non-controlled medications, we offer short-term prescription refills online that can be sent to any local pharmacy.

Services are only available in the contiguous U.S.

Yes, our $49 online visit can include treatment and prescription refills for multiple conditions, as long as the medications are eligible.

We only offer prescription refill services for adults who are 18 years or older. We don’t refill prescriptions online for those under 18 years of age.

This is a one-time prescription refill service intended to get patients through until they can follow up with their primary care provider.
RedBox Rx treats a variety of conditions that require a separate health assessment and online doctor visit, which can include new medications (if prescribed) and ongoing treatment at an affordable price.

If you pay $49 for the service and did not have a prescription electronically delivered to your local pharmacy, we will issue you a refund of $49 for the visit. Refunds are issued automatically and will appear as a credit from RedBox Rx on you method of payment within 7-10 days.
Refunds are not issued for any reason if a prescription is written and electronically sent to your selected pharmacy. This includes requests for multiple prescriptions. For example, patient requests 3 medications to be refilled for 90 days but the provider is only able to issue 1 prescription for 30 days. This is considered a successful outcome as a prescription was issued and a refund will not be issued. For any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected].
