Refund Policies

As a customer of RedBox Rx, your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us by phone at 844-733-2697 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your experience.

Initial and follow-up visits:Payments for provider fees are refundable for completed visits when the provider does not prescribe treatment. This provides a risk-free experience for our customers. Otherwise, visit and consultation payments are for the time and expertise of our licensed providers and are not refundable.

Scheduled Visits:Scheduled video visits can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.Video visits can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit time via your account's visits section. Scheduled video visits that you do not attend, or you arrive late for (no-show), are not eligible for a refund. The provider has blocked-off time specifically for your one-on-one consultation. See cancellation policy for more information.

Provider Consultations:Visit and consultation payments are for the time and expertise of our licensed providers and are not refundable. This applies to visits initiated by clicking the Talk to A Provider button or Continue to Provider Consultation button. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of RedBox Rx.

Weight loss:Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the medical weight loss subscription program, contact us for a refund. Patients are not eligible for a refund once the medication has been ordered from the pharmacy. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of RedBox Rx.
