Enrollment starts with an online assessment, and then a U.S. licensed medical provider will review your intake and determine eligibility. That review typically occurs within 24 hours. If you qualify, medication will be ordered from one of our state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partners and express shipped to your door within five to seven days.

Cancellation policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time without a refund for the remaining subscription period. To ensure a smooth process, we require your cancellation request to be received 48 hours prior to your billing date. If this timeline is not met, your subscription will be charged on the next billing date, and the cancellation will take effect on the subsequent billing date.

Refund policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the medical weight loss subscription program, contact us for a refund. Patient is not eligible for a refund once the medication has been ordered from the pharmacy. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of RedBox Rx.

As soon as you are prescribed medication, our pharmacy will provide a same-day order confirmation. We allow 24-48 hours before shipping the medication just in case there are any changes that need to be made to the shipment location. Once shipped, medication typically arrives within 48-72 hours.

During your first consultation, your provider will order a comprehensive metabolic panel to be completed at a Quest Diagnostics lab location. This panel is included in the price of your first month’s weight loss medication subscription.

The test needs to be completed within 60 days of your prescription to avoid disruption to the program. If done ahead of your first refill visit, you may be eligible to receive a stronger dose. Your provider will customize your medication plan based on the lab results. If there is a need for a separate lab facility, please let your clinician know.
