Request your preferred treatment

Use this tool to indicate your preferred treatment if you have one. This is not a guarantee of what will be prescribed but the information will be considered during your evaluation. You will have the opportunity to change your selection on the visit check out screen if needed.

If your prescription includes refills, we charge and ship these automatically to you without any further action needed on your part. We send you a notice 7 days in advance, and you can opt out at any time.

Medication Cost (1 prescription, if prescribed)

At RedBox Rx it is important to us to provide transparent pricing to our customers, which means no hidden fees, intro pricing, membership fees or hassles with insurance. And, we want you to have control over what you’re billed for and when as it relates to your medications. We work every day to keep medication costs low by buying directly from manufactures and shipping from our pharmacy in Iowa. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team.

Prescription cost will be determined by your selected pharmacy. You’ll pay for your treatment when you go to that pharmacy to pick up your prescription.

  • The price displayed above reflects the cost for one fill of the prescription, based on your selections above. Auto-refills are charged separately.
  • This request is sent to your provider for consideration. If not appropriate, the provider will give an explanation why they prescribed another treatment, or no treatment, in the summary after the evaluation is completed.
  • Price does not include your provider evaluation fee (if applicable) or any eligible promotions, which are entered on the checkout screen. Enrolling in auto-refills provides a price break per treatment on some medications. This is reflected in the price above, if eligible.
  • If you are denied a treatment for any reason, contact our customer support team as you may be eligible for a refund of your visit cost!
